Small works process. 


Upon initial contact we will require your contact information, address and a description of the work. 

We will email a link to a secure document outlining our understanding of the issue as discussed.

This will include the anticipated labour duration, any materials that may be required and estimated cost to complete the work.

The accuracy of this estimate will be dependant on the information you provide so please include images and as much detail as possible including any access or parking restrictions. 


You are required to read the document, terms and conditions and cancellation policy attached.

Once you have accepted the document, your booking will being processed and a convenient time and date confirmed with you. 


Should the attending engineer feel that the labour or materials figures are inaccurate, this will be discussed with you and a revised document link will be sent for acceptance by you prior to works being completed. 


Upon completion an invoice will be sent to your email address which will require payment within payment terms as detailed. 

Materials and labour supplied by McNeill Heating Limited are guaranteed for 12 months from completion date.
